First the unseasonable floods in America and now Kazakhstan is facing the havoc. Not to mention the killing winter which was witnessed allover the globe, including India. It seems that the scourge of global warming is fast becoming a reality than as earlier expected.

I guess there should be a disaster coordinating council in Kazakhstan to make sure that crises like floodings and other emergencies (disasters)can be looked upon.

Strategies must be implemented to make sure everything has support as things go worse to worst.
